step 1.1: having an aesthetic body
Having an aesthetic body is not normal bodybuilding,
itās focusing on the muscle groups that will make you look good and have the V-shape look

Then Iāll moisturize my face with CeraVe AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30

š Evening Skin Care Routine:
First Iāll cleanse my face with CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser
Then I use the Toner by Elta MD, donāt apply it to Cotton Pads, it will cause acne breakout

This is all you need to succeed in life:

Step 3 improve Body language
80% of any conversation is body language and 20% is talking
Here is a no-BS way to improve body language
Step 3.1: Practice good posture:
Practicing a good posture is bringing your shoulders back,
and then looking up, donāt look at the ground when walking
itās gonna be weird at first but then youāll get used to it
the best way to have a good posture is to hit the gym
to strengthen the muscles that will lead to a great posture
Here is my posture when I was 18 years old, it was really bad
and here is my posture after working out,
the best exercise to improve posture is face pulls, do that and youāll have great posture naturally
Step 3.2: Have a strong eye contact
When practicing good posture, try to make eye contact with everyone on the street and smile at them, trust me, they will smile back, and voila, you made someoneās day
I used to always force eye contact when talking to people, Iād look like a psychopath,
I improved my eye contact by being more present so I practiced meditation for 5-10 minutes every day,
when talking to someone try to bounce between his eyes look at his left eye for 5 seconds, then his right eye, and then bounce between them ā donāt do it excessively of course.
